Because of the incident, as explained in the post, a Los Angeles woman has sued Lindsay Lohan, claiming 'her behaviour could have caused injury or death'.
The woman, Tracie Rice, is seeking damages for assault and infliction of emotional distress.
In a statement, via her LA attorney, Tracie Rice said, "What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions."
