Lindsay Lohan walked into Beverly Hills Police Station to be arrested officially for driving under the influence. She was accompanied by her attorney. This was in relation to an earlier incident of May 26th.She was charged with driving with a greater level of alcohol than .08 and also a misdemeanor hit and run.
Linday Lohan was held in custody for approximately an hour and then released on her own recognizance.
She will be at the Beverly Hills Superior Court on August 24th.
