The lawyer of a previous bodyguard of Britney Spears, Tony Barretto, has said, "Our client was prepared to testify on issues of nudity by Ms. Spears, drug use, and safety issues involving the children post-rehab." It seems that Barretto, aged 28, was employed by Britney Spears from the time she left a rehabilitation clinic in March until May 17th.
This is all about the battle between Britney and Kevin Federline over the custody of their children.
Federline's lawyer declined to comment on the hearing but told the media that his client was not seeking more money from Spears.To add to the intrigue, it has been reported that the FBI was looking into death threats against Federline. An FBI spokesman said that the agency had received 'non-specific and uncorroborated' information which had been passed on to the Los Angeles police.
Los Angeles police have confirmed that they investigated a claim about a contract killing on Federline in June. The claim was never proven.
