Nudity & Drugs Reported At Britney Spears Custody Hearing

The lawyer of a previous bodyguard of Britney Spears, Tony Barretto, has said, "Our client was prepared to testify on issues of nudity by Ms. Spears, drug use, and safety issues involving the children post-rehab."

It seems that Barretto, aged 28, was employed by Britney Spears from the time she left a rehabilitation clinic in March until May 17th.

This is all about the battle between Britney and Kevin Federline over the custody of their children.

Federline's lawyer declined to comment on the hearing but told the media that his client was not seeking more money from Spears.

To add to the intrigue, it has been reported that the FBI was looking into death threats against Federline. An FBI spokesman said that the agency had received 'non-specific and uncorroborated' information which had been passed on to the Los Angeles police.

Los Angeles police have confirmed that they investigated a claim about a contract killing on Federline in June. The claim was never proven.

People magazine's list of the best and worst dressed celebs is due to be on sale tomorrow. Here's a few of the winners in advance.

The top award of the Best Dressed Celebrity went to Beyonce. She was nicknamed as 'The Showstopper."

The Most Shocking Style Moment went predictably to Britney Spears and that bald moment when she shaved her head.

People's assistant managing editor, Cynthia Sanz said, "Beyonce just looks amazing every time she goes out. She likes to show off her curves and she is very glamorous."

Also in the Top ten were Cameron Diaz, Katie Holmes, Penelope Cruz, Jessica Biel, Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Lopez, Reese Witherspoon, Gwen Stefani and Ali Larter.

From a British perspective David Beckham made the men's list and People had a special 'British Accent' section with mentions of Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, Lily Allen, Kate Middleton and Emma Watson.

Cynthia Sanz said of the Brits, "It has been a big year for the Brits with a lot of influence coming over here. You can't help but look at what the Beckhams are doing and wearing, but you are not really sure why." Can't argue with that!

Sexy Fliers And Their Sexy Photos

Seems you have to be very careful what you wear on an American airline - if you are a woman that is. You mustn't be a sexy flier!

It started with a girl called Kyla Ebbert. She's an attractive 23 year old.

Kyla said that she was only 'allowed to stay on the flight only after she agreed to pull up her tank top and pull down her skirt.' Erm, by pull down her skirt she means the bottom hem only.

In her 'outrage', she went on the Today program to show what she was wearing. That's her photo on the right.

The story goes ...

Flight attendant says, "I'm sorry, but you're going to have to catch a later flight because you are dressed inappropriately. This is a family airline, and you are too provocative to fly on this flight."

Kyla Ebbert replied, "What part is it? The shirt? the skirt? Which part?"

He said, "The whole thing."

Now another attractive girl, Setara Qassim, has come up with a similar story.

There she was travelling from Las Vegas to Burbank and the flight attendant gave her a blanket to cover herself up with! And to show how Setara Qassim looked, with and without the blanket, we have the photos.

Guess it's a difficult line to decide what is offensive and what isn't but it does all seem to be a fuss about nothing.

Perhaps the airline could provide overalls for all fliers so everyone looks the same ...

Or there again maybe the girls just wanted their 15 minutes of fame and to be on the Internet and television.

Vanessa Hudgens Apologises For Nude Photos

The High School Musical star, Vanessa Hudgens, has apologised for a nude photo that has appeared of her on the Internet.

Vanessa Hudgens said, "I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends."

In response Walt Disney Co. stated, "Vanessa has apologized for what was obviously a lapse in judgment." They also confirmed this would not bar Vanessa from the third film of the High School Musical franchise.

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson Is In The Money!

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson is in the money through her business acumen.

With two friends she set up a party-organising company called Three's A Crowd from a Chelsea flat last year. Incredibly the company is about to float on a stock exchange for £2 million ($4 million). The sale will be on the Plus Market, which is for fledgling enterprises.

Last year Tara Palmer-Tomkinson had to have her nose rebuilt because of cocaine abuse. She now says, "I'm not a party girl any more. I would never be able to take drugs again after my surgery. I wish I'd had my nose done years ago. I now feel a lot more grown up."

Keira Knightley is annoyed at the way she is hounded about her figure and looks. In Venice to promote her new film Atonement she made it clear what she thought when the subject of her curves was mentioned:

"It's really frustrating, and particularly when you come to Venice film festival with a film that is an intelligent film. It's a thought-provoking film you can have a really good discussion about."
