This is Beth Ann Chester at present in Allegheny County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 cash bond. Her preliminary hearing will be heard on Tuesday.The 26 year old teacher resigned from the Moon Area High School, Pa., in December charged with crimes against students.
It is alleged that Chester sent three nude photos of herself to a student. The boy's parents also found suggestive text messages. In one of the messages the teacher called the boy 'sexy' and made a reference to his body.
At the present time she remains on the school payroll pending the school board's decision to accept her resignation.
