LIndsay Lohan Arrested Yet Again

Oh dear. Lindsay Lohan has been arrested yet again. This is only five days after her last arrest. This time she was done for five charges including drunken driving and being in possession of a controlled substance. Photo from the Santa Monica Police Department.

The police found Linsday Lohan in a vehicle which was allegedly chasing another vehicle. The officers concerned smelled alcohol and did the necessary tests which Lindsey failed. At the Police Station she was found to register 0.12 in blood tests, 0.04 over the legal Californian limit.

The police also found a substance believed to be cocaine.

According to The Associated Press she was released on $25,000 bail on Tuesday morning.

Sad to see someone self destruct like this.

Lindsay Lohan Officially Arrested

Lindsay Lohan walked into Beverly Hills Police Station to be arrested officially for driving under the influence. She was accompanied by her attorney. This was in relation to an earlier incident of May 26th.

She was charged with driving with a greater level of alcohol than .08 and also a misdemeanor hit and run.

Linday Lohan was held in custody for approximately an hour and then released on her own recognizance.

She will be at the Beverly Hills Superior Court on August 24th.
